Learn to use internal voice to  inspire performance by amplifying the inner coach and muting the inner critic.

We will work together to build your athlete's best self-talk. They will learn to silence their inner critic and create a high-performance inner coach. Self-talk influences neurology (the wiring in one's head), which influences physiology (what a person can sense and feel in their body). Words influence actions - how are your athletes informing their performance? As sure as a bad mental state will degrade performance, a right mental state will ignite it. Through mental skills training, your athlete will learn to manage negative self-talk. They will also create a self-talk vocabulary that drives high performance .
